Where were you born and raised?I was grew up in Eastern Iowa and have enjoyed living in Western Iowa for over 30 years. I am a life-long Hawkeye Fan and bleed Black and Gold!
Why did you choose the profession of lawyer?I have always had a passion for civil community involvement and that combined with my passion for helping people made the choice of becoming a lawyer an easy one. I consider it a privilege to assist clients to address their needs and help solve their legal problems.
Personal hobbies and interestsI really enjoy the game of golf. It is a great way to relax, enjoy time with friends and clients, and also frustrate me at times as I strive to perfect my game every year! I love the Hawkeyes, so enjoying games and supporting the team is enjoyable to me and my family as well.
How are you involved in the community?I make it a priority to be supportive of the community and find great satisfaction serving on the New Visions Board, a homeless shelter in Council Bluffs. I also support Children’s Square and its annual golf tournament. This event is fun and very rewarding to help Children’s Square.
